This policy explains how Formonix Marketers ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you submit a lead form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, or contact us.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Lead Ad form, Meta shares the answers you provided with us. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address and any other questions on the form (for example your city, the service you are interested in or your budget). We also record the time of submission and the form it came from.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about the product or service you enquired about, by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- To notify our team that a new enquiry has arrived.
- To keep a record of enquiries so that we can follow up and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Messaging
By submitting the form you agree that we may send you a message on the phone number or email address you provided. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us at the address below. After an opt-out we stop messaging you.
4. Sharing
Your information is shared only with the service providers we use to operate this system (for example our hosting provider, email delivery provider and the messaging service) and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Storage and security
Lead information is stored on a secured server with access limited to authorised staff. Access to our dashboard requires a login, and connections are encrypted with HTTPS. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Your rights and data deletion
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To request deletion, email us at formonixmarketers@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, or include your phone number and the name you submitted. We will delete your data from our systems and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
7. Third-party platforms
Facebook and Instagram are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and are governed by Meta's own privacy policy. Our use of information received from Meta follows Meta Platform Terms.
Customers of the Formonix Leads platform
If you sign up for the Formonix Leads platform, we store your account details (name, email, phone, company name), your company settings, your payment screenshots and the leads and messages you process with the platform. Your Meta, WhatsApp and email credentials are stored encrypted. We use this information only to run the service, to support you and to bill you. Leads you collect remain yours; we process them on your behalf and never sell them. You can ask us to export or delete your company data at any time.
